Delete in the app
- Open the app and go to the "You" tab at the bottom.
- Tap "Delete my account."
- Read the note and confirm with "Delete my account."
Your account is deleted right away. If you are paired, the pairing ends at that moment. Without an internet connection nothing is deleted; the app does not say "deleted", and you can try again later.
If the app is no longer on your phone
Your account lives only on the phone where you created it; there is no e-mail or password. Removing the app does not delete the account, and installing it again does not open the old account.
To delete it, write to [email protected] with the name you used in the app, your partner's name and roughly when you paired. If we can safely find the account with these details, we delete it within 30 days and write back to you. We do not ask for identity documents.
What is deleted and what is kept?
